These days I see people going for it
All or nothing
being in it to win it
No pain no gain
Setting BIG goals and then falling short
Wanting it all a heart beat
Wanting the quick fix, the quick change
BUT
Falling short
becoming discouraged
giving up 3 feet from gold
thinking long term change happens in 5 minutes
But what if I told you
small victories = BIG WINS
keeping promises you made to yourSELF to do something
however small
carrying out the things you said YOU would do… everyday
This will give you confidence
some hope, faith and belief
that 1% change everyday = 365% in a year
1 step at a time, day by day, will bring you closer
to what you want
to who you want to BE

they give you the energy to go one more day.

Get up 5 minutes earlier
read 20 minutes every day
Meditate every day
Exercise when you said you would
Help someone you said you would
do what you said you were going to do
and see how your life changes
see how you feel
